Verso Antiorario. Quota min 90 / max 455.98% (brevi tratti a piedi)
AVVERTENZE: Prestare attenzione attorno al monte Altare, un breve tratto è franato di recente; e sopra la Costa di Fregona in quanto il sentiero è stretto ed esposto, dal Waypoint H in ogni diramazione di sentiero tenete la sinistra
DESCRIZIONE: Il percorso passa per dei sentieri molto suggestivi tanto che quelli sul monte Altare sono stati soprannominati "I PARADISI", poi tocca il lago Madruc, Osigo e le Grotte del Caglieron. Il clou è la costa di Fregona, la si può definire semplicemente fantastica. Per la via dell'acqua si sale al borgo Sangusè, poi Nogarolo, la valle dei Piai e Corbanese con l'ultima fatica la salita al monte Stella.

DESCRIPTION: The route passes through the paths very suggestive so that those on Mount Altar were nicknamed "The HAVENS, "then tap the lake Madruc, Osigo and the Caves of Caglieron. The highlight is the coast of Fregona, it can be defined simply fantastic. For the way of the water rises to the village Sangusè, then Nogarolo, the valley of Piai and Corbanese with the last effort to climb Mount Stella.
