Geparkt wird in Lerbach auf dem Parkplatz am Mühlenteich neben dem Waldschwimmbad. Von dort geht es, wie sollte es anders sein, erst einmal bergauf. Es folgen zahlreiche Trails bergab, eben aber auch teilweise bergauf, vorbei an Teichen, Bächen, Gräben und einfach nur durch den Wald, immer Richtung Altenau. Vor Altenau geht es im Bogen auf gleiche Weise Richtung Clausthal-Zellerfeld, durch Erbprinzentanne und dann wieder nach Lerbach.

Is parked in Lerbach on the parking lot at Mill Pond next to the forest pool. From there, how could it be otherwise, once uphill. The following are numerous trails downhill, but also just partly uphill, past ponds, streams, ditches and just through the woods, always Altenau. Before Altenau issue in the arc in the same way Clausthal-Zellerfeld, by Prince fir and then again after Lerbach.
