Die Tour geht am Schwarzberg vorbei nach Scheid dort angekommen muss man kurz auf der Straße weiter um ins St. Ingberter Waldgebiet zu kommen. dort geht es über breite Waldwege vorbei am Stiefler Schloss zu der Heinrich Kohl Hütte, ab da ist Technik gefragt, man fährt über Stufen zum Stiefler Felsen. Dort bin ich dann geradeaus weiter, das ist aber nicht zu empfehlen, der Singletrail endet im nichts. An dieser Stelle empfehle ich den (wenn ihr zur Treppe schaut wo ihr runter gekommen seid) linken Trail, er führt später wieder zum Track und ist sehr interessant für technikfeaks. Zurück in Scheid wieder etwas Straße fahren und dann geht es drum den Schwarzberg zu erklimmen um am turm angekommen wieder ein Singletrail in Richtung Uni zu fahren und somit auch zurück in die Stadt....
