Los geht´s in Rheinbach auf dem Himmeroder Wall. Von dort durch den Rheinbacher Wald auf Höhenniveau Todenfeld, vor dem Ort links hinunter in eine Senke, überqueren der Teerstraße nach Hilberath und wieder hinauf nach Calenborn. Von dort ein kurzes Stück auf dem Rotweinwanderweg, anschließend Single-Trail und Schiefer-Schotter hinunter in Ahrtal. Kurzes Stück Ahrtalradweg, durch Tunnel unter Eisenbahnlinie, rechts von der Trasse bis zum Anstieg zum Steinerberg, der sich bei zu forciertem Eingangstempo ziehen kann. Auf dem Berg gibt´s eine tolle Panoramasicht auf die Eifelhöhen. Erste Rastmöglichkeit auf dem bewirtschafteten Steinerberghaus, draußen wie drinnen (bei Kaminfeuer) ein Genuß Von dort aus über den Schrock tolle und steile Abfahrt, kurze Rampe bergauf und dann wieder tolle Aussicht von der Schutzhütte oberhalb Altenburg. Auf schönen Wanderpfad hinunter nach Altenburg, kreuzen der Ahrtalstraße und hinein ins Sahrbachtal. Dies verfügt erst links, dann rechts der Straße über einen super Trail, der als Nordicwalkingroute ausgeschildert ist. In Binzenbach gibt es an Wochenenden vorzügliche Möglichkeit zur Jause im Rübenkeller (s.deren Homepage). Danach das Sahrbachtal hinauf, unterhals Houverath nach Maulbach, durch den Wald hinauf nach Todenfeld, durch den Ort hindurch und ab zum letzten Downhill nach Rheinbach, wo einen der Trail fast mitten im Städtchen wieder ausspuckt. Go & acute s in the Rhine river on the Himmeroder Wall. From there through the Rheinbacher forest at this level Todenfeld, before the place left down in a valley, cross the paved road after Hilberath and up again after Calenborn. From there, a short distance across the Red Wine Trail, then single trail and slate gravel down in the Ahr valley. Short piece Ahrtalradweg, through tunnels under railway line, to the right of the line to climb to the Steiner mountain that can be drawn on to forciertem input speed. On the mountain there and acute s a great panoramic view of the Eifel heights. First click option on the managed Steiner Berghaus, outdoors and indoors (in the fireplace) a treat from there via the Schrock great and steep descent, short ramp uphill and then again great views of the refuge above Altenburg. On beautiful walking path down to Altenburg, the Ahr Valley Road and cross into the Sahrbachtal. This has only left, right and drive a super trail, which is signposted Nordic walking route. In Binzenbach there is excellent opportunity for a snack in the root cellar (s.deren Homepage) on weekends. Then the Sahrbachtal up under neck Houverath after Maulsbach, up through the forest after death field, through the village and down to the & nbsp; last downhill to the Rhine river, where one of the trail spits out almost right in town again.
