Die Tour wird gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gefahren. Wir starten in Oberursel an der St. Ursula Kirche und fahren zuunächst zur Hohemark. Von dort weiter in Richtung Hischgarten und Marmorstein. Am Marmorstein biegen wir rechts auf einen kleinen knackigen Trail ab und fahren ein paar Meter hinunter. Danach geht es weiter in Richtung Saalburg. Von dort folgen wir zunächst einer geteerten Straße aufwärts bevor wir dann weiter oben links steil hoch fahren. Wer möchte kann jetzt am Gaswthaus auf dem Herzberg einkehren und die tole Sicht genießen. Danach geht es weiter über den Rosskopf auf einem schönen Trail am Limes entlang. Kurz vor dem Sandplacken biegen wir links ab zum Kolbenberg. Ab hier beginnt die Abfahrt in Richtung Hohemark und weiter wieder zurück zur St. Ursula Kirche.

The tour is run counterclockwise. We start in Oberursel at the Church of St. Ursula and drive zuunächst the Hohe Mark. From there, continue towards Hischgarten and marble stone. On marble stone we turn right onto a small crisp Trail and ride a few meters down. Then we continue towards the castle hall. From there, we initially follow a paved road uphill before we go steeply above left. Those who want can now at Gaswthaus drink on the Herzberg and enjoy the view tole. Then it goes on about the Ross head on a beautiful trail along the Limes. Shortly before the Sandplacken we turn left to the piston mountain. From here the descent towards Hohemark and further back to the Church of St. Ursula begins.
