Prati di Tivo. Sentiero alla destra dell'hotel Miramonti in direzione Pietracamela. Si percorre un sentiero terra e sassi fino a raggiungere Pietracamela. Breve tratto asfaltato (1,5km) per ricollegarsi ad un sentiero sulla destra in direzione Cerqueto. Si percorre un sentiero sterrato con alcuni tratti sassosi. Raggiunta la zona di Cerqueto (si attraversa un ponte e ci si troverà di fronte ad una sbarra) ci si ricollega alla SS80 e si torna a Montorio al Vomano.

Prati di Tivo. Path to the right in the direction of the hotel Miramonti Pietracamela. You follow a path to reach earth and stones Pietracamela. Short stretch of road (1.5 km) to reconnect to a path on the right towards Cerqueto. You follow a dirt road with some rocky sections. Upon reaching the area of ??Cerqueto (cross a bridge and you will find yourself in front of a bar) there is a link to the SS80 and return to Montorio al Vomano.
