Start von Niefern an der Enzapotheke berauf durchs Kirnbachtal hinauf nach Neubärental dann unter der BAB A8 hindurch. Entlang des Lettenbach hinunter ins Würmtal nach Würm und flussaufwärts rechter Hand entlang der Würm vorbei am Liebeneckerberg hoch nach nach Hamberg, Steinegg und vorn dort wieder ins Würmtal. Über die Würm hoch nach Liebeneck durch den Wald über den Hartheimer und Fürstkopf zurück nach Niefern.
Start of Niefern at the Enzapotheke uphill through Kirnbachtal valley up after Neubärental then under the motorway A8 through. Along the Lettenbach down into Würmtal after Würm and upstream right hand along the Würm past the love Ecker hill to by Hamberg, Steinegg and forward there back into Würmtal. About the Würm High to Liebeneck through the forest on the Hartheimer prince and head back to Niefern.
