Diese Tour führt zunächst mit dem Bike auf die Würmlacher Alm (1636m). Der Almweg ist recht ordentlich zu fahren. Von dort aus muss man wieder einige Meter zurück, um auf den Weg in Richtung Würmlacher Alpl (1464m) zu gelangen. Auf diesem recht schlechten Weg verliert man schnell wieder ein paar Höhenmeter, da der Weg ordentlich Steil zum Alpl führt. Vom Alpl aus schlängelt sich ein alter, steiniger Militärsteig nochmals eine Serpentine unbarmherzig hoch in Richtung Würmlacher Polinik (1960m). Auf c.a. 1630m endet der Weg, ab hier geht’s zu Fuß weiter. Im Schlepptau vom Multi-Ausdauersportler Karl ging’s in der Direkten, an wütenden Kreuzottern vorbei in Richtung Würmlacher Polinik. Dort angekommen folgt man dem netten Militärsteig (leider schon ohne Bike) den Grat entlang in Richtung Süden. Am Spielboden Törl (2095m) angekommen biegt man wieder in Richtung Westen zum Gipfelaufschwung auf den Polinik (2331m) ab. Abstieg zu den Bikes zunächst wie beim Aufstieg. Zur Abfahrt empfiehlt sich der Weg R#429. Dieser führt zunächst über die Almwiese, dann als Singletrail durch den Wald, bis er sich zu einem Karren- und schlussendlich einem Forstweg verbreitert.

This tour takes first with the bike on the Würmlacher Alm (1636m). The alpine path is pretty neat to drive. From there, you have to back a few meters to go on the path towards Würmlacher Alpl (1464m). On this very bad way, one can lose again a few meters because of the way the ball neatly leads to Alpl. From Alpl off an old, gritty military climbing serpentine meanders again relentlessly high towards Würmlacher Polinik (1960m). On c.a. 1630m ends of the path from here goes & rsquo s on foot. In the wake of multi-endurance athletes Karl went & rsquo s in the direct to angry vipers pass towards Würmlacher Polinik. Once there, follow the nice military riser (unfortunately without bike) along the ridge to the south. Arriving at the play ground Törl (2095m) turn back towards the west to the summit recovery from the Polinik (2331m). Descent to the first bikes used for the ascent. To exit the way R # 429 is recommended. This leads first over the meadow, then as a single trail through the forest until it widens into a cart and finally a forest.
