Start ist am Sportplatz in Gimmeldingen. Von dort geht es eigentlich nur noch steil bergauf bis zum Weinbiethaus. Fahrtechnik sollte man schon haben, da die gesamte Tour nur auf schmalen Trails stattfindet und stellenweise die Trails ziemlich verblockt sind. Am Wochenende ist das Weinbiethaus geöffnet. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dort einen kurzen Abstecher zu machen. (Da ihr 2x dort vorbeikommt, könnt ihr entscheiden wann ihr dort einkehren wollt) Hinter dem Weinbiethaus geht es dann anfangs verblockt, dann flowig Richtung Wolfsburg. Oberhalb der Wolfsburg könnt ihr euch entscheiden, ob ihr die "Rüttelpassage" rechts, oder links verspielt und technisch Richtung Wolfsburg fahrt. Dort ist auch die einzige S4 Treppe die ich hier um Neustadt kenne. Kurzer Blick in die Wolfsburg und über die Rheinebene, dann geht es weiter ca. 2 km auf einem breiteren Forstweg, bis ihr wieder links steil nach oben Richtung Weinbiethaus eure Bikes tretet. Vom Weinbiethaus stürzt ihr euch mit einem schönen flow, machmal etwas steiler, ins Tal und werdet oberhalb des Sportplatzes wieder aus dem Wald katapultiert.
