E' un itinerario non lungo ma abbastanza impegnativo per l'impegnativa salita fino alla cima del Monte, con alcuni tratti che obbligano a scendere dalla bici e a spingerla, vista la pendenza e il terreno sconnesso. Di grande soddisfazione specialmente per la vista panoramica a 360° su gran parte dell'isola che si gode dall'alto. I più preparati potranno divertirsi anche lungo il divertente e tecnico sentiero che scende verso Bagnaia.
Attenzione al sentiero che scende da La Croce fino a Poggio Fortino, molto bello ma con tratti sconnessi e tecnici
