Trail Description

First, through orchards and on Rench dam along Oberkirch and Lautenbach. Next on the leading parallel to Rench way to Hubacker, the B cross 28 and the Sulzbach and Altschmatt up to Sohlberg. Continue to Knappeneckhütte to St. Ursula. A short distance along the road towards peace stone, then left up (MTB-mark) to the parking lot to the street. On the road down to Karl-Friedrich-hut, leave the road here and constantly on the forest, but not too steeply uphill to pioneer Rank hut and on the Pionierweg continue to Jakobshütte below the cut head. The right. Towards Black Forest Road and on the western route to the refuge and, after crossing the L 92, continues to Alexanderschanze A short piece on the Kniebisstraße downhill towards Bad Peterstal, then turn left on the forest (western route). Passing the paraglider launch site the way to the hut and Hilda on stony path leads to Lettstädter height. From there, down and up again (due to many stones difficult) and on to the lake above the glass forest lake. Slightly uphill, the trail leads to the Hague hut, where we leave the western route and head towards Löcherberwasen. There we cross the L 94 and head towards Moss head up to the shepherd field. We cross the road to Nordrach and go above the Renchtal with beautiful views of Oppenau westward direction Ramsbacher lumberyard. There we were, the path leads down to Kalikutt. We turn left and it follows the last short climb. From the Sandbühlhütte on it's all downhill, through the Giedensbachtal and back to Oberkirch.
