Il percorso ci porta ad esplorare la parte est del monte Albo, il massiccio che si erge subito ad ovest di Siniscola. E' un itinerario molto bello ma da non sottovalutare, sia per la ripida salita che per l'impegnativa discesa su di un vecchio sentiero con tratti franati e sassi smossi. Attenzione: si scende su un sentiero sassoso e in parte franato con ostacoli naturali lungo il percorso, meglio essere dotati di bici con buone escursioni! L'ideale è avere con se un gps, perché il sentiero è a volte difficilmente riconoscibile

The path leads us to explore the east side of Mount Albo, the massif that rises immediately to the west of Siniscola. It 'a very nice route but should not be underestimated, both for the steep climb to the challenging descent on an old trail with rocks and landslides in stirred. Warning: you go down on a stony path and partly collapsed with natural obstacles along the way, be better equipped bike with good hiking! The ideal is to carry a GPS, because the path is sometimes difficult to recognize
