: Spoleto, direzione Monteluco, subito sulla destra una stretta curva vi porterà sul comodo piazzale della Chiesa (cliccareper la mappa)
Si inizia a pedalare su asfalto direzione Monteluco. Appena partiti al primo tornante troverete sulla sinistra una fonte, dove consiglio di scendere la breve strada imbrecciata per andare a visitare il Ponte delle Turri che collega il "bosco sacro" con la Rocca Arbonoz.
Riprendendo a pedalare dopo qualche km si lascia l'asfalto in prossimità di S. Giuliano (con possibilità di rifornimento); subito dopo inizia uno dei pezzi più duri, prima pedalabile poi impossibile per un breve tratto.
Arrivati a 732 mt si devia a destra per un bellissimo sentiero panoramico su tutta la Vallecchia. Caratteristico è il passaggio sulla galleria di Sassoforato, dove il sentieri si incunea tra le rocce per una 15ina di mt...una frontale potrebbe agevolare il passaggio!
Continuando il sentiero si arriva a Le Aie, dove teneri cognoloni enormi come elefanti vi aspetteranno per farsi uno spuntino; il piccolo boss di casa mi ha detto la parola segreta per allontanarli: "annate a le pecore"!non sò se funziona...in bocca al (cane) lupo!!!
Il giro continua su strada di breccia fino ai caminetti di Monteluco (fonte) per poi proseguire su asfalto fino a uno dei punti più panoramici zona Patrico. Si lascia la strada per prendere una gradevole sterrata che porterà fino ai Trocchi (fonte) e poi fino ai prati.
il Fionchi ormai è li sopra di voi, da qui inizia il pezzo più bello del giro, si inizia con un sentiero facile a mezza costa di avvicinamento fino alla selletta sotto la montagna a 1.183 mt.
da qui fino a poco prima della croce si spinge su sentiero panoramico.
per poi continuare sul crinale risalendo in sella.
prima la Croce...poi la Cima a 1337 mt: è la cima del Fionchi con tutto il suo panorama sulla Valnerina, parte dei Sibillini, Laga e Gran Sasso.
Da qui in poi si abbassa la sella e inizia una bella discesa prima seguendo la traccia di sentiero sui prati, per poi continuare con un bellissimo single track in mezzo al bosco alternando tratti scorrevoli a tratti tecnici tecnici.
Arrivati sulla strada di breccia che riporta alla Somma, si prende in discesa fino al bivio per risalire su asfalto a Acquaiura da dove si riscende tramite un bel sentiero fino alla località S. Antonio, si percorrerà la vecchia Flaminia per poi risalire per l'ultima volta verso C.se Vermontana; una comoda discesa vi riporterà alla Flaminia e con circa 2 km all'arrivo.

You get to ride on asphalt direction Monteluco. Just started the first bend on the left you will find a source, where the board going down the short gravel road to visit the bridge that connects the Turri "sacred wood" with the Rock Arbonoz.
Taking up cycling after a few km you leave the asphalt in the vicinity of S. Giuliano (in supply); starts immediately after one of the hardest pieces before then pedaled impossible for a short distance.
Once in 732 meters turn right on a beautiful scenic trail across the Vallecchia. Characteristic is the passage on the gallery Sassoforato, where the trail is wedged between the rocks for a 15in mt ... one front could facilitate the move!
Continuing the path you arrive at Le Aie, where soft cognoloni huge as elephants will wait to get a snack; the little boss of the house told me the secret word to remove them: "vintages in the sheep"! do not know if it works ... in the mouth (dog) wolf !!!
The tour continues on road breccia up to fireplaces Monteluco (source) and then continue on asphalt up to one of the most scenic area Patrico. You leave the road to take a nice dirt road that will lead up to Trocchi (source) and then to the meadows.
The Fionchi now is there above you, from here begins the most beautiful piece of the tour, you start with an easy path halfway up the approach to the saddle below the mountain at 1,183 meters.
from here until just before the cross goes on scenic trail.
then continue on the ridge going back in the saddle.
before the Cross ... then the Cima at 1337 mt is the top of the Fionchi with all his views on the Nera Valley, part of the Sibillini and Gran Sasso Laga.
From here on it will lower the saddle and start a nice downhill before roading trail on lawns, and then continue with a beautiful single track in the woods alternating stretches sliding at times technical engineers.
Arrived on the way back to the breach that sum, it takes downhill to the junction to climb out of asphalt Acquaiura where you back down through a nice trail to the village of St. Anthony, you will ride along the old Flaminia and then go back for the last time to C.se Vermontana; a convenient drop you back to the Flaminia and about 2 km on arrival.
