Von Friedberg geht es zum Einrollen zunächst auf Feldwegen über Rosbach nach Friedrichsdorf-Köppern. Von dort beginnt dann die Bergetappe auf einem Höhenrücken entlang des Köpperner Tales. Oben erwartet einen dann ein schöner Aussichtspunkt. Nach einer ruppigen Abfahrt steigt die Tour in Richtung Kapersburg an. Von dort geht es auf dem Limestrail bis zum Forsthaus Winterstein. Dort schließt ein weiterer toller Trail an, der uns dann bald nach Ockstadt und wieder zurück nach Friedberg bringt.

Friedberg it comes to roll on roads over first Rosbach to Friedrichsdorf-Köppern. From there, the mountain stage begins on a ridge along the Köpperner Tales. Up to expect then a beautiful view point. After a rough descent, the tour increases towards Kapersburg. From there it goes to the limit Trail to the Forest House Winterstein. There adjoins another great trail that will take us soon after Ockstadt and back to Friedberg.
