772,768,fino in cima (salita S1 - S2 ),continuare verso S.Bernardo 772, in discesa a dx tagliare sulla cascina Solivo (discesa S2),risalire x il 768 all'incrocio a Dx 771 da li discesa ripida fino alle grotte di Ara ( S3 - S4 ), passate le grotte subito dopo la salita e prima del parchetto a Dx sul sentiero, segnato A008 (discesa S2 di media) si arriva sull'asfalto a Molino Ianetti statale fino a Grignasco
