saliamo fino a caglio per asfalto, poi sterrato fino al rifugio Riella, prendiamo la dorsale del triangolo fino poco prima della mara dove imbucheremo un sentiero che ci porta fin sopra alla mara, da li sentiero con tratti a spinta fino al puscio, e da li... se non vi piace il tecnico... andate per la sterrata della mara.... prima parte tecnica fino ad incrociare una sterrata che porta a S. Salvatore prendiamola per abbandonarla poco dopo in favore di un'altra sterrata che sale a destra 10' a piedi e siete ad una croce con campana (se non vi è piaciuta la prima parte continuate sulla sterrata..) dalla campana ancora un bel sentiero tecnico.. finito la seconda parte si ritorna sulla sterrata ma poco dopo la si abbandona per un sentiero che va a sinistra, da li giù nuovamente fino ad incrociare la noiosa sterrata. Arrivati a S.Salvatore prendiamo prima una mulattiera e poi un S-T che incrocerà alcune volte la strada che scende a Pontelambro, passaggio tecnico nel finale...
la traccia riporta un pò di dislivello in più e una risalita intorno a S.Salvatore...avevo perso gli occhiali.. fortunatamente ritrovati....

the track back a little more and a difference in slope around to S.Salvatore ... I lost the glasses .. luckily found ....
