Trail Description

Vogesencross Wissembourg - Thann 7. Tag   Der 7.

Vosges Cross Wissembourg - Thann Day 7 & nbsp; The 7th day begins with a short trail descent to Lac Blanc, which is one of the most famous lakes in the Vosges. The road D 48III shortly following we leave this right over forest and field paths, where we meet on the second lake after a short time, the Lac Noire. From here, our route takes us over field and forest trail to the third of the lakes, the Lac Vert. We continue on rocky forest trails and come to the D417, which we follow a few hundred meters downhill, and then again turn into a forest at an acute angle to the right. Anyone who wants to avoid carrying passage later does not drive down here the D417 but follows it directly uphill to the Col Du Schluch. Past a Centre Du Vacances further down the path leads only to then to rise again. At a fork, we follow the path of further leads to the right and uphill and us short leads to the hiking path to the Col du Schluch. After a short steep section it's over with driving - a partially splinted path it is now called the wheel to push the next 250 hm and carry. At the end of the path we are only a few meters below the Col du ravines, where a break is recommended. From here we follow the trail along the ridge until we reached Le Hohneck, the third highest mountain in the Vosges. From here you just have to roll a small piece to the Auberge Le Pie you Hoheck down to reach the goal of the day. Night as the hotel directly at Le Hohneck or at the foot of Hohneck at the Auberge Le Pied du Hohneck.
