Leicht fallend, hügelig von Los Llanos auf überwiegend Asphalt über Triana, La Laguna nach Todoque und dann nach Las Manchas. Hübsche Auffahrt über Vulkanpiste nach San Nicolas Hauptstraße mit Traileinlage zur Kapelle Ermita de Santa Cecilia Hier startet dann der eigentliche Höhepunkt der Tour: steile aber schöne Auffahrt (450 m) über (in der Kompasskarte nicht verzeichneten) Weg zum Höhenweg West der Cumbre. Abzweig auf Pfad zur Ruta de los Volkanes, dann tolle Trails mittelschwer mit (kurzen) Felsstufen über Vulkantrails und felsigen Untergrund bzw. Waldboden hinunter nach Fuencaliente Spassiger Downhill über Vulkanfeld und Wege fast zum Leuchtturm El Faro, dann Asphalt zum Badestrand Rückfahrt muss organisiert sein, sonst warten rund 800 Hm zusätzliche Auffahrt auf Asphalt und hübsche 15 km Asphaltfahrt (leicht fallend) zum Ausgangspunkt; Es gibt in Los Llanos eine Bikestation (Bike'n'Fun), die das organisiert. Trotz den ersten paar eher langweiligen Kilometern eine Traumtour, sehr abwechslungsreich und man sieht den kompletten Südwesten der Insel. Die Trails sind an einigen Stellen sehr knackig, aber eben nur kurz, deshalb würde ich sagen mittel.
