Giro lungo, composito e vario nelle faggete del Melogno, classica salita sulla sterrata di Riofreddo, per poi arrivati sul piazzale sommitale, inoltrarsi nel bosco, con tratti in salita anche a forte pendenza e poi discese, fino a sbucare sopra il melogno.
Discesa velocissima su asfalto fino a raggiungere il forte omonimo, dove ci aspettano un buon ristorante bar e una fontana.
Si riparte in salita sulla sterrata che porta a Bardineto, ma superata la foresta demaniale di Barbottina, si abbandona la via principale per rituffarsi nel bosco più fitto, ancora risalite e poi in discesa su tratti anche discretamente tecnici, fino a raggiungere l'abitato di Bardineto.
Da qui per strada asfaltata in discesa, si torna al punto di partenza.

Long ride, composite and miscellaneous in the beech forests of the Melogno, classic climb on dirt Riofreddo, then arrived on the square summit, enter the woods, with uphill sections too steep descents and then, until you come out on the Melogno.
Downhill fast on asphalt to reach the fort of the same name, where we expect a good restaurant bar and a fountain.
It starts uphill on the dirt road that leads to Bardineto, but exceeded the national forest of Barbottina, leave the main road to dive back into the woods thicker, still go up and then down on even fairly technical stretches, until you reach the village of Bardineto.
From here to the paved road downhill, back to the starting point.
