Recht kurze, steile und daher anspruchsvolle Tour. Über den "Umweg" über den Lenzhof zum Wieserberg, am Siegelberg vorbei zum Einstieg in den Steig R#237. Dieser führt recht zügig an der Schwalbenwand vorbei von c.a. 1400m auf den Jaukensattel (1615m). Für diesen Aufstieg muss das Bike c.a. 200hm getragen werden. Am Jaukensattel angekommen quert man wenige hundert Meter über den Gailtaler Höhenweg in Richtung Reißkofel (Osten) um schlussendlich zur Weggabelung vom Steig R#233 in Richtung Reißkofelbad zu kommen. Dieser Steig ist etwas weniger steil und ausgesetzt als R#237 und lässt sich so gut wie vollständig befahren. Nachdem man zum 2. Mal auf den Forstweg quert, hat man den besten Teil dieses Trails hinter sich gebracht. Es bietet sich an den Forstweg in Richtung Osten zum Steig der auf die Hochwiese führt zu folgen. Dieser macht für die weitere Abfahrt mehr Spaß. Die nächste Tour steht schon fest - diese Tour in umgekehrter Reihenfolge: Aufstieg über R#233 und Abfahrt über R#237
