  2.     Tag: Frondel Alm – Achornach A. – Waidegger A. – Straniger A. – Lanza – Rattendorfer A. - Hermagor: (ca. 1540 hm): Am zweiten Tag starteten wir die Rückreise nach Hermagor. Geplant war die Tour von der Frondel Alm bis auf`s Naßfeld (Kühweger Törl) und über den Urbanitrail nach Möderndorf - Hermagor. Durch leichte Sitzbeschwerden, Zeitmangel, extreme Hitze, Motivationstiefs nach mehreren Gläsern Wein am Abend und einen nicht gerade leichten Rucksack mussten wir die Tour auf der Rattendorfer Alm etwas entschärfen und von dort den Rückweg nach Hermagor im Tal antreten. Wegbeschreibung: Von der Frondel Alm geht es über den Forstweg zur unteren Bischofalm. Ab dort geht es über den meist extrem steilen, relativ schlechten Forstweg zur oberen Frondel Alm. Weiter geht es über einen immer steiler werdenden schmalen Weg zum Zollner (je nach Kondition auch mit Schiebepassagen). An der Steinwenderhütte geht es vorbei zu einer weiteren Hütte. Kurz später geht es in die erste Trailabfahrt zur Achornach Alm. Die Abfahrt benote ich mit 3-4. Der nächste Aufstieg führt über den Forstweg zuerst zur Waidegger Alm und weiter zur Straniger Alm und ist relativ leicht. Für einen Einkehrschwung eignen sich alle Almen sehr gut. Oberhalb der Straniger Alm folgt man dem Sennerweg nach Italien vorbei an einer Alm bis man eine Asphaltierte Straße erreicht. Dort folgt man der Asphaltstraße bis zum Lanza Pass. An der Almhütte fährt man hinten vorbei. Der Aufstieg zum Rattendorfer Sattel ist meist recht steil und auch nicht frei von Schiebepassagen. Der Trail vom Rattendorfer Sattel zur Rattendorfer Alm ist was für die Downhillerfraktion. Hochkonzentriert ist die gesamte Abfahrt in den Pedalen zu bewältigen. Meine Bewertung lautet 3. Fazit: Viele km, einwenig Spaß auf den zwei Trailabfahrten Bewertungssystem Downhill (Klasse All Mountain): 1 … Forstwegabfahrt 2 … Karrenweg bzw. Hohlweg ohne Stufen und Fels 3 … Wandersteig mit kleinen Stufen (durchgehend fahrbar) 4 … Wandersteig mit größeren Stufen, groben Steinen, steile Abhänge und Felsen (kurze Schiebepassagen) 5 … Wandsteig mit großen Stufen, sehr groben Steinen und, Felsen (längere Schiebepassagen)

2nd & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Tag: Frondel Alm & ndash; Achornach A. & ndash; Waidegger A. & ndash; Straniger A. & ndash; Lanza & ndash; Rattendorfer A. - Hermagor: (1540 hm): On the second day we started the journey back to Hermagor. The plan was the tour of the pasture to Frondel `s Naßfeld (Kühweger Törl) and the Urbanitrail after Möderndorf - Hermagor. By slight seat discomfort, lack of time, extreme heat, motivation lows after several glasses of wine in the evening and not just a light backpack we had to defuse anything and heading back to Hermagor in the valley from there the tour on the Rattendorfer Alm. Directions: From Frondel alp, continue along the forest path to the lower Bischofalm. From there it goes through the most extremely steep, relatively poor forest to the upper Frondel Alm. Continues over an increasingly steep narrow path to Zollner (depending on your condition with sliding passages). At the Steinwenderhütte we pass to another hut. Shortly afterwards it goes to the first trail descent to Achornach Alm. Departure I benote with 3-4. The next ascent leads through the forest to the first Waidegger Alm and continue to Straniger Alm and is relatively easy. For a refreshment break all pastures are very good. Above the Straniger Alm, follow the Sennerweg to Italy over achieved in a pasture until a Paved Street. There, follow the paved road to the Lanza pass. At the hut you pass back. The ascent to Rattendorfer saddle is usually quite steep and not without sliding passages. The Trail of Rattendorfer saddle for Rattendorfer Alm is what the Down Hiller Group. Highly concentrated is to cope in the pedals the entire descent.
