Die Tour startet im beschaulichen Bergdorf Pregasio. Von dort geht es weiter in nord-westlicher Richtung nach Cadignano und Sermerio. Auf dem Weg ins Tal hinab biegt man ca. 300m vor einer Kreuzung nach rechts ab (bzw. fährt die Kurve nicht weiter) und folgt einem Waldweg bis man auf die Straße nach Volandes kommt. Nach einer Runde durch die Riserva Naturale Valle di Bondo kommt man in Vesio raus und fährt weiter talabwärts Richtung Pieve. An einer Gabelung biegt man rechts ab Richtung Secastello. Hier folgt ein kurzer aber knackiger Anstieg. Anschließend geht es weiter an der Ferienanlage des Hotel Panorams vorbei Richtung Pregasio zurück.

The tour starts in the mountain village of Pregasio. From there it continues in a north-westerly direction towards Cadignano and Sermerio. On the way down into the valley, turn about 300m before a junction to the right (or moves the curve does not continue) and follows a forest road until you come to the road to Volandes. After a round, the Riserva Naturale Valle di Bondo to get out in Vesio and continue down towards Pieve. At a fork, turn right direction Secastello. Here follows a short but crisp rise. We then continue to the holiday resort of Hotel Panorams past back towards Pregasio.
