Da Nuvolento si prende per le cave , appena comincia lo sterrato nei pressi dei fabbricati delle cave , tenere sempre la destra ,restando sulla via principale.Superate le cave si fa un breve tratto nel bosco fino a collegarsi alla strada asfaltata che da San Gallo porta a Serle.Si procede per circa 400 m sulla stradda poi subito dopo il ristorante la Betulla si svolta a sinistra su una stradina asfaltata e ripida fino a giungere a Valpiana.Da Valpiana mi reco a San Bartolomeo per vedere il panorama poi giù verso Gavardopassando da Tesio e ritorno a casa sulla Gavardina.Salita a Serle alternativa rispetto ai vari e belli itinerari inseriti da Giulien.Il giro è da fare esclusivamente in giorni e orari in cui l'attività dei cavatori è assente causa mangiate di polvere incredibili.
