Start der Tour ist wieder der Parkplatz am Sportpark. Hinter dem Sportplatz geht es gleich links ab in den Lindenbruchweg, dann kurz durch den Ortsteil Bündheim um bei Westerode auf den R1 zu treffen. Offiziell läuft der R1 eigentlich den Herbrink bergab, aber der Autoverkehr ist auf dieser Strecke größer. Auf dem R1 geht es bis zur Ecker, dem Grenzfluß Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt. Anschließend nach rechts ins Eckertal, an dem Bodendenkmal der Ahlsburg vorbei, bis zur Weggabelung. Dort links auf dem Kolonnenweg, zwischen den Lochbetonplatten, bergauf bis zum Dielenweg, einem Trail, und dann zur Eckertalsperre. Hinter dem Molkenhaus geht es auf der alten Rodelbahn ins Kalte Tal und dann am Philiosophenbach zum Großparkplatz an der B4. Am Krodobad vorbei geht es über die Waldstr. zum Harzburger Rundweg zurück zum Start.

The tour starts again the car park at the Sports Park. Behind the sports field it goes straight left in the Linde Bruchwegstadion, then briefly by the district Bündheim to at Westerode to take on the R1. Officially, the R1 actually runs the Herbrink downhill, but the traffic is greater on this route. On the R1 it comes to Ecker, the border river of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt. Then turn right into Eckertal where & nbsp; archaeological site of & nbsp; Ahlsburg past, to the fork. Turn left on the patrol road, between the perforated concrete slabs, uphill to the Dielenweg, a trail, and then to Eckertalsperre. Behind the Molkenhaus it comes to the old toboggan run into the cold valley and then on Philiosophenbach the large parking lot on the B4. On Krodobad past it's all about the Waldstr. for Harzburger trail back to the start. & nbsp;
