Von Flachau nach Flachauwinkel, an der Rodelbahn in den Anstieg, ca. 8 km 700 HM, 1. Stop Frauenalm am Adventure-Park, von dort ca. 300 HM zum Mooskopf (Skilift, Skigebiet Flachauwinkel), zu Fuß noch ca. 50 HM auf den Gipfel (1951m), Abfahrt über Schotterpiste in Richtung Wagrain (Abstecher über den Downhill-Bikepark möglich), in Wagrain Aufstieg ca. 300 HM zur Edelweiss-Alm, von dort Abfahrt über Schotterpiste nach Moardörfl und zurück nach Flachau

From Flachau Flachau angle at the toboggan run in the increase, about 8 km HM 700, the first stop on Frauenalm Adventure Park, from there about 300 HM to Mooskopf (ski lift, ski resort Flachau Winkel), walk for about 50 HM to the summit (1951m), descent on gravel road towards Wagrain (detour on the downhill bike parking possible), rise in Wagrain 300 HM to Edelweiss-Alm, from there downhill on gravel road to Moardörfl and back to Flachau
