Si inizia con un trasferimento su asfalto sulla SS della Cisa da Sarzana verso S. Stefano, dopo un paio di km dal centro di Sarzana, nei pressi della località Belaso di Ponzano occorre prendere a destra e costeggiare la ex “Ceramica Vaccari“ tenendo il muro di cinta sulla sx. La strada si fa stretta e inizia a salire (strada privata) su un asfalto piuttosto dissestato che al WP1 diventa sterrato per 1 km circa sino al centro di Ponzano Sup., qui occorre passare il centro abitato e seguire sulla dx in direzione Caprigliola per 2 km circa di asfalto.
Dopo circa 2 km all’unico incrocio ancora su asfalto occorre prendere a dx, dopo poco (WP3) inizia lo sterrato che durerà per i prossimi 17 km. La strada inizia piuttosto larga e percorribile anche da un’auto non off road, andando avanti il fondo diventa più difficile ma sempre molto pedalabile e con pendenze abbordabili. In questo tratto in presenza di incroci con strade secondarie occorre mantenere la strada maggiore.
Si arriva al WP4 a circa 500 mt di altezza, qui si è in presenza di un incrocio di ben cinque vie, si prende la prima a sx e si scende per un tracciato molto pedalabile ed a tratti veloce, si arriva poi nei pressi di una cava (WP5) e si riprende a salire tenendo la dx al primo incrocio, la strada ora inizia subito con tratti molto impegnativi che mettono a rischio di piede a terra anche ai più allenati.
Il percorso riprende a salire più dolcemente sino alla cima di Monte Grosso (WP6), qui una serie di antenne contraddistingue la vetta a circa 650 mt. Si ritorna a questo punto indietro di circa 500 mt per prendere sulla dx (WP7) un sentiero segnato che con un single track piuttosto tecnico ci riporta al WP4 dove si prende a sx la strada sterrata ma carrabile che porta in direzione di Fosdinovo.
Si prosegue su questo facile sterrato per circa 2.5 km sino al WP8 dove occorre prendere a dx un sentiero che con un emozionante single track porta in località Prulla (WP9), questo tratto rappresenta un vero e proprio toboga che solo i più esperti discesisti riescono a fare tutto in sella.
Nei pressi di Prulla a chi avesse avuto difficoltà nell’ultimo single track consiglio di proseguire su asfalto sino a Sarzana, invece per chi ne avesse ancora voglia occorre proseguire sul sentiero che si incontra nei pressi del gruppo di case di Prulla, qui il single track si fa difficile ed occorre scendere piuttosto spesso per evitare pericolosi ribaltamenti, il sentiero sbuca nei pressi di alcune abitazioni (WP10) dove la strada riprende ad essere carrabile anche se ancora sterrata, porre attenzione ai probabili cani nei pressi delle abitazioni ai quali non vanno a genio i biker. Lo sterrato scende sino a quota (WP11) 130 mt circa dove si riprende l’asfalto che riporta in circa 3 km a Sarzana.

It starts with a transfer of asphalt on SS Cisa from Sarzana to St. Stephen, after a couple of km from the center of Sarzana, near the town of Ponzano Belaso must take a right and drive along the former "Ceramica Vaccari" taking the wall boundary on the left. WP4 It gets to about 500 meters in height, here you are in the presence of a five-way intersection, take the first left and you go down a path for cycling and at times very fast, then you get close to a quarry (WP5) and goes up in taking the right at the first intersection, the road starts right now with very challenging traits that put at risk of foot on the ground even to the most trained.
The path starts to climb more gently up to the summit of Monte Grosso (WP6), here a series of antennas marks the peak at about 650 mt. We return to this point back about 500 meters to get on the right (WP7), a marked trail with a fairly technical single track brings us back to WP4 where you turn left the dirt road but road that leads towards Fosdinovo.
Carry out this easy dirt road for about 2.5 km until WP8 where you need to take the right path with a single track door in an exciting location Prulla (WP9), this stretch is a real toboggan that only the most experienced racers can to do all in the saddle.
Near Prulla who had had difficulty in the last single track council to continue on asphalt until Sarzana, on the other hand for those who had still want to continue on the path that must be met in the vicinity of the group homes Prulla, here the single track becomes difficult and you should go down fairly often to avoid dangerous tipping over, the trail ends near some houses (WP10) where the road starts to be although still unpaved driveway, likely to pay attention to the dogs near homes which do not go to the genius biker. The dirt road descends to share (WP11) about 130 meters where you take the track that brings in about 3 km Sarzana.
