Bel giro sulle colline di Castiglione con una lunga e ripida salita e una discesa finale con bel panorama sul mare. Si parte dalla zona sportiva di Castiglione, ma si può partire anche dal parcheggio più centrale in zona Paduline. Si sale verso l'eremo di S. Guglielmo o Malavalle e poi si prende a dx verso poggio Meletone e poi con breve tratto in asfalto a poggio Ballone. Si inizia a scendere prendendo la sterrata a dx e si aggira il poggio Palazzette e poi poggio Vaccaio. Dopo un pilone attenzione al sentiero a sx che scende nella boscaglia, a tratti molto sporco e con alberi caduti. In fondo, guadato il rio, si sale verso l'eremo e poi a sx si sale fino al crinale, dove si prende una sterrata a sx in discesa con bella vista sul mare. arrivati in fondo si torna in breve al parcheggio
