Itinerario piuttosto duro per il notevole dislivello, ma di grande soddisfazione per i bei sentieri e gli altrettanto belli panorami. Da Ganda si sale al paese di Martello, da qui si sale sempre su asfalto seguendo le indicazioni Stallwies. Arrivati alla malga (ristoro), si segue la forestale 15 e poi il sentiero parallelo alla strada. Al bivio si segue il 24a in ripida discesa nel bosco e poi il 26 a dx, si passa un maso e la strada e si continua sempre sul 26 fino a fondo valle. Lungo la ciclabile si torna a Ganda e si risale nuovamente a Martello. Si sale come prima e arrivati a Premstla si gira a dx e si sale sulla forestale fino a Saugwies. Si continua a salire su una nuova forestale non segnata sulla carta fino alla fine della strada a quota 2170 m con splendido panorama finale. Sul n° 3, in parte sentiero e in parte forestale, si torna fino a Saugwies. Da qui a dx si scende sul 11, prima nel boco e poi sui prati fino a Martello con scalinata finale e poi sul 1 si arriva fino a valle. Lungo la ciclabile a dx si risale brevemente fino all'auto.
