Schöne kurze Feierabend Tour im Münchner Nordosten. Verlauf der Runde: Start ist in Johanneskirchen, von dort geht es am Feringasee vorbei zum Poschinger Weiher. Hier kann man, wenn man Lust verspürt die ersten Höhenmeter sammeln... Die Isar überqueren und weiter auf einem Forstweg in Richtung Fröttmaning, am Berg angekommen kann man über verschiedene Varianten die 60hm zum GroWiAn in Angriff nehmen und je nach Laune über die Wiese downhillen. ...genug hm gesammelt? Dann geht's weiter über einen kurzen schönen Trail am Bach entlang in Richtung Aumeister und über die Holzbrücke und Stauwehr zurück nach Johanneskirchen.
