Percorso da Ciampino per il Lago di Albano evitando strade principali. Si prende l'Appia Antica fino a Frattocchie, dopodichè sfruttando le mille stradine (molto suggestive) si arriva alla galleria che porta alla spiaggia. Dopo aver fatto un giro attorno al lago si torna indietro.
Attorno al lago non sarebbe consentito correre in bicicletta, ma sfruttando delle "vie alternative" create da altri ciclisti e con un po' di coraggio si superano tutte le barriere.

Route from Ciampino airport to Lake Albano, avoiding the main roads. It takes the Appia Antica to Frattocchie, then taking advantage of the many small lanes (very impressive) you get to the tunnel that leads to the beach. After doing a lap around the lake going back.
Around the lake would not be allowed to run a bike, but taking advantage of the "alternative routes" created by other cyclists and with a little 'courage will exceed all barriers.
