Trail Description

Route is not overly challenging (a little less than 30 km) but not to be underestimated as it will develop in Apennine environment, always to be respected, both by the nature of the places for the often adverse weather conditions.
It starts from the 633 m of Serravalle di Chienti, a small village not far from the Marche Colfiorito, taking the direction of Copogna for road very quiet.
At the next junction follow the indication Montelago-Sefro, coming in sight of the Plans of Montelago after about 20 minutes. In correspondence with a seat pan, located about 930 meters above sea level, leave the asphalt for a dirt road that climbs gently to the left over a metal bar. It starts from here the most beautiful and fascinating to the 'route that leads us, with some short but challenging climbs, up to 1,397 m of Monte Camorlo, whose summit we will have to earn it on foot pushing the bike in the grass for about 200 meters after crossed a fence.
Shortly after we enjoy a pleasant though short descent to a grassy saddle; the most obvious track bends slightly to the left but the way forward is one that rises steeply on the right towards the vantage point of Mount I Piancali, with its 1,351 m is the second highest peak touched by 'itinerary.
We lose share progressively along the beech forest, and then, following the trail in the meadow that can be seen from above, we arrive at a crossroads: the way to the left to shorten the route about a km, reaching to the Sources of the mornings; one on the right goes down to the nozzle of the Scurosa, where we're going.
pedalabilissima We are approaching a descent of about 4 km across in the woods, with no bends, never too steep. At the bottom we turn left along a beautiful farm, between rows of shady oak trees, before you introduce us on Route 77 Chienti Valley to complete the final part of the descent.
