Start ist am Kirchplatz in Feld am See. Auf der Millstätter Bundesstraße geht es ca. 1,2 km in Richtung Radenthein. Dann links abbiegen zum Wildpark Feld am See. Am Gasthof Turner vorbei gehts nun auf Forststraße 12 km lang aufwärts bis zur Hochalmhütte. Der erste Teil der Auffahrt noch gut zu befahrender Untergrund mit mäßigen Anstieg. Das letzte Drittel sehr grober Schotter (stellenweise Boccakugel- bis Handballgröße), Stellenweise kurze Steile Anstiege. Mittlere Steigung 12%. Hat mich und meine Frau ganz schön angestrengt. Auf der Hochalm kann man bei deftigen Brettljause (die haben wir uns wirklich verdient) die Aussicht auf die nördliche Berglandschaft genießen. Der Downhill geht nun teils auf Trails und Forstwegen zurück nach Feld am See. Das letzte Stück kann man die Rodelbahn von Feld am See abfahren, aber unser Guide hat uns noch auf einen Trail durch den Wald geschickt.

Start is at the church square in Feld am See. On the Millstaetter federal highway it is about 1.2 km in & nbsp; Direction Radenthein. Then turn left to the wildlife park Feld am See. At the inn Turner over now go on forest road 12 km long uphill to the high alpine hut. The first part of the driveway yet well-to-travel underground with modest increases. The last third of very coarse gravel (locally Boccakugel- to hand ball size), Here and short steep climbs. Average slope of 12%. & Nbsp; Took me and my wife & nbsp; pretty hard. On the alp can be in hearty & nbsp; Brettljause (the & nbsp;, we have really earned) & nbsp; enjoy the views of the northern mountains. The downhill is now part & nbsp; & nbsp; Trails and forest roads back to Feld am See. The final piece can come off the toboggan run of Feld am See, but our guide did & nbsp; Us & nbsp; still sent on a trail through the forest.
