Itinerario che porta dai 2000 metri del Monte Altissimo alla sponda del lago di Garda (76m), con passaggio fra diversi tipi di vegetazione e sentieri.
Si parte dal Rifugio Graziani in salita (fin lì si può arrivare con uno dei servizi shuttle che partono da Torbole, come quello di Luca:), percorrendo una vecchia e spettacolare strada militare che in alcuni tratti si presenta molto sconnessa e difficile da pedalare. Arrivati al rifugio Damiano Chiesa, appena dietro la vetta del Monte Altissimo, ci si concede una meritata pausa fra foto panoramiche e libagioni varie. Noi abbiamo dormito lì, con un tramonto da favola e una luna piena indimenticabile. anche la zuppa di cipolle e patate non era male! Sito:
La discesa parte su sentiero abbastanza sassoso, continua poi con dei tornantini fattibili in sella e porta fino alla Malga Campei (altra possibilità di ristoro durante la stagione), da dove si segue una cementata/carrareccia ripida in discesa fino alla Strada Brentegana. Da qui si risalgono alcune rampette per circa 200 metri di dislivello, prima di imbroccare il sentiero della Val del Diaol (ex The Skull). Noi abbiamo optato per una versione più fluida e decisamente gajarda, uscendo però dal sentiero presso la Malga Zures. Da qui in poi vi attende una vera guerra contro i sassi di ogni tipo. Più andate veloce e più diventa facile stare in sella. Si sbuca fuori appena sopra Nago prima di passare sull'antica strada di collegamento che vi porterà al parcheggio panorama di Torbole (gratuito tranne i weekend e festivi).

Route that leads from 2,000 meters of Mount Altissimo the shore of Lake Garda (76m), with transition between different types of vegetation and trails.
It starts from the Rifugio Graziani uphill (since there you can get with one of the shuttle services starting at Torbole, such as Luca :) Along an old military road and spectacular in some places is very bumpy and difficult to ride. Arrived at the shelter Damiano Church, just behind the summit of Mount Altissimo, we grant you a well-deserved break between panoramic photos and various libations. The downhill part of quite stony path, then continues with the hairpins in the saddle feasible and leads to Malga Campei (other refreshments available during the season), from where you follow a cemented / steep dirt track in descent to Brentegana road. From here you go back a few rampette for about 200 meters, the first guess of the path of the Val Diaol (formerly The Skull). We opted for a more fluid and much gajarda, but coming from the path at the Malga Zures. From here on, you can enjoy a real war against the stones of all kinds. The deeper you go faster and easier it is to stay in the saddle. It comes out just above Nago before passing on the ancient road link that will take you to the parking lot view of Torbole (free except weekends and holidays).
