Von Anrath aus geht es größtenteils über Wirtschaftswege Richtung Mönchengladbach zur Autobahnauffahrt MG-Nord. Hier wird die L116 und die Auffahrt Roermond in Richtung Viersen überquert. Unmittelbar hinter der Überquerung geht es links eine kleine Böschung hoch und dann auf einem Pfad durch eine kleine Baumschule, dieser stößt auf einen Waldweg und geht in einen Wirtschaftsweg Richtung Helenabrunn über. Nach einer Rechtskurve steigt dieser leicht an und man fährt auf ein, linker Hand liegendes, Waldstück zu. Hier biegt man ebenfalls links, über eine kleine Böschung, ein. Kleine Übersetzung wählen, da nun mehrere kleine teils steile Anstiege, entlang einer Grubenkante folgen. Oben angekommen wird das Waldstück verlassen, bzw. wer Lust auf eine Extrarunde hat kann die Grube nochmals umrunden. Ab hier geht es Richtung Bockerter Heide. Nach der Duchfahrt der letzen Höfe macht der Wirtschaftweg nach ca. 200 m einen leichten Rechtsknick. Unmittelbar danach geht es links über eine kleine Rampe auf einen, mit Bäumen bewachsenen Wall. Auf diesem verläuft die Tour ca.1000 m, nach der Überquerung der A61 folgt nochmals ein ca. 500 m langer Wall. Danach geht es Richtung Süchtelner Höhen, der Einstieg erfolgt am Bismarkturm und führt uns kreuz und quer bis zur Irmgardis-Kapelle. Die L475 wird Richtung Dornbusch überquert, danach biegt man rechts ab fährt am Kriegerdenkmal vorbei, eine kleine Abfahrt durch den Wald. ! Achtung am Ende der Abfahrt befindet sich eine Stufenanlage ! Danach folgt eine kurze Auffahrt über Asphalt bevor es wieder durch Wald und Wiesen bis zum nördlichen Ende der Süchtelner Höhen geht. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt dann teilweise entlang der Niers.
