Die Tour, die keine Anforderungen an die Fahrtechnik stellt, startet und endet am Parkplatz Nähe Wendelinus-Radweg in Tholey und führt an ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten des Landkreises St. Wendel (Bostalsee, Keltischer Ringwall Otzenhausen, Stausee Nonnweiler, Nahequelle) vorbei. Sie führt uns zunächst über Asphalt zum Ort Theley, durchs Neubaugebiet und am Stadion des VfB links ins Gewerbegebiet und von dort in den Wald Richtung Hasborn. Von dort folgen wir eine Weile dem Saar-Bostalsee-Radweg. Nach einem Stück am Rande des Ortsteils Hasborn führt uns eine steile Rampe in den Wald von wo aus wir unsere Fahrt in Richtung Krettnich fortsetzen. Wir folgen eine Weile dem Saarland-Radweg, ehe wir hinter Primstal einer Steigung folgen und oberhalb des Ortes Kastel die Verbindungsstraße Kastel-Buweiler queren. Hilfestellung gibt uns die Beschilderung MTB 4 bis hoch zur Staumauer des Stausees Nonnweiler, wo eine Möglichkeit zur Rast geboten ist. Weiter geht's ein Stück den See entlang bis zum Parkplatz Otzenhausen. Nach Überqueren der Straße geht's hoch zum Naturdenkmal Keltischer Ringwall. Die Strapazen des Anstieges werden belohnt mit einer langen, schnellen Abfahrt hinunter nach Schwarzenbach. Von hier geht's zunächst Richtung Peterberg und an der Kreuzung Richtung Bostalsee. Vorbei am Campingplatz geht's nach Neunkirchen/Nahe und dann durch den Wald nach Selbach. In Selbach besteht die Möglichkeit zu einem kurzen Abstecher zur Nahequelle, ehe wir über einen kurzen Trail an der Johann-Adams-Mühle landen, von wo aus wir die letzten km zurück Richtung Ausgangspunkt antreten. Neben MTB grundsätzlich auch mit Crossbike zu fahren.

First it leads us to place on asphalt Theley, through the development area and the stadium of VfB left into the industrial estate and from there into the forest towards Hasborn. From there we follow for the Saar-Bostalsee bike path. After a stretch on the edge of the hamlet Hasborn leads us we continue our journey towards Krettnich a steep ramp in the forest from where. Assistance gives us the signs MTB 4 way up to the dam of the reservoir Nonnweiler, where an opportunity is offered for a rest. Get out a piece of the lake to the parking lot Otzenhausen. After crossing the road it gets high natural monument Celtic ring wall. The rigors of the climb are rewarded with a long, fast descent to Schwarzenbach. In Selbach is the possibility of a short detour to the close source, before we land on a short trail at the Johann-Adams Mill, from where we take the last km back towards the starting point.
