Von Haßfurt zum Ellertshäuser See und durch das Wässernachtal wieder zurück nach Haßfurt. Am Ellertshäuser See nicht auf dem Schotterweg bleiben, sondern auf dem Trail der direkt am Wasser lang läuft (liegt ca. 1-2 m tiefer als der Schotterweg). Um auf den Trail zu kommen der direkt an der Wässernach lang geht, muss man einmal eine Wiese überqueren und dann durch den Bach ( führt gerade recht viel Wasser, aber kein Problem da sehr flach). Der Trail ist teilweise recht anspruchsvoll da er viele Wurzelpassagen enthält...
