Discesa dal sentiero D3 partendo dal piazzale della cabinovia del Mucrone.
Si scende fino alla nuova basilica e poi si gira a sinistra su sentiero; dopo pochi metri si attraverserà il ponte sul torrente Oropa e la traccia sarà larga e ben riconoscibile.
Dopo un paio di minuti al primo bivio -ben marcato- bisognerà scendere a destra e proseguire sul sentiero -senza bivi- fino a un alpeggio che noi dovremo attraversare sfilando davanti alle baite e successivamente attraversare una pineta e scendere su un prato. Dalla baita solitaria dobbiamo girarci attorno da destra e prendere il sentiero -poco visibile- che rimane alla nostra sinistra subito sotto la casa. Da lì il sentiero diventa un canale malmesso che dobbiamo seguire per attraversare un prato in pendenza, dopodichè girare a sinistra alla fine dello stesso.
Seguire il sentiero, a tratti tecnico e altri veloce, fino alla sua uscita in frazione Piana.
Proseguire per circa 2km e poi curvare a destra per riattraversare il torrente Oropa su un ponte.
Seguire la trattorabile fino alla sbarra e girare a sinistra fino a imboccare, poco dopo, il sentiero che con alcune staccionate e molti ponti, costeggia il Gorgo Moro fino alla chiesa di San Giuseppe

Descent from the path D3 starting from the square in front of the gondola Mucrone.
Down to the new basilica and then turn left on the path; After a few meters you will cross the bridge over the river Oropa and the track is wide and very recognizable.
After a couple of minutes at the first fork -ben marcato- have to get off to the right and continue on the path to a pasture-without bivi- that we will have to cross parading in front of the huts and then through a pine forest and down on a lawn. From lonely hut we go around to the right and take the path -little visibile- that remains on our left just below the house. From there, the trail becomes a channel rundown that we must follow in order to cross a sloping lawn, then turn left at the end of it.
Follow the path, sometimes technical and other fast until his release in fraction Piana. < br> Continue for about 2 km and then turn right to re-cross the river on a bridge Oropa.
Follow trattorabile to the gate and turn left to take, shortly after, the path with some fences and many bridges, along the Moro Gorgo to the church of San Giuseppe
