Wunderschön abwechslungsreiche Tour im Nordwesten von Bamberg. Start und Ziel ist am Hauptbahnhof in Bamberg. Auf Radwegen rollt man erst gemächlich nach Hallstadt und dann weiter nach Dörfleins. Am Eingang von Dörfleins nach der Brücke gleich rechts weg und immer dem Trail am Waldrand folgen. Man passiert auf einem flowigen Trail 3 Keller bzw. Ausflugsrestaurants (Stark bleiben! Das Bier gibt's erst nach der Tour!) bis man schließlich in Baunach landet. Nach kurzem Anstieg auf Teer und später auf Schotter steht man am höchsten Punkt - dem Semberg. Sattelstütze versenken und ab in den zunächst schnurgeraden, nachher etwas zugewucherten Downhill Richtung Mönchsweiher. Rund um den Weiher verlaufen ein paar geniale Trails. Bleibt halt nicht an den Bäumen hängen. Es geht dann etwas zick-zack durch den Wald, aber alles auf absoluten Traum-Trails. Ein Schmankerl ist sicher der Hohlweg zum Rabenhorst runter. Als Abschluß gibt es noch den kurzen aber sehr feinen Downhill von der Altenburg runter. Das ca. 8 m lange Steilstück kann man gut fahren: Hintern weiter hinter den Sattel und Finger weg von der vorderen Bremse...

Beautifully varied tour in the northwest of Bamberg. Start and finish at the main station in Bamberg. Take the bike you roll only slowly after City Hall and then on to Dörfl one. At the entrance of Dörfl one after the bridge right away and always follow the trail to the forest. It happens (Stay strong! The beer's only after the tour!) On a flowing trail 3 basement and egress restaurants until finally in demand for construction land. After a short ascent on tar and gravel later on you are at the highest point - the Semberg. Seatpost sink and down the first dead straight, after some overgrown downhill direction monk pond. Around the pond run some brilliant trails. Just does not hang on the trees. It then goes a little zig-zag through the forest, but everything on absolute dream trails. A treat is sure down the ravine to Rabenhorst. As a conclusion, there are still down the short but very fine downhill from Altenburg. The approximately 8 m long steep section you can drive well: Butt further behind the saddle and fingers away from the front brake ...
