partenza da santa cristina direzione selva, poi si prosegue sempre in asfalto verso passo sella, arrivati all'impianto "PIZ SELA" si lascia la strada asfaltata sulla sx e si comincia la bella salita in sterrato sentiero n°657. Sempre diritti passando al fianco della città dei sassi fino al Rif. P.so Sella a questo punto si prende la dx sotto la cabinovia del Rif.Toni Demetz e in leggera salita si prosegue verso il Rif. Comici sentiero n° 526 qui si apre un bel panorama della vallata lato selva.
Dopo il Comici si tiene la sx sentiero n°528 fino al n° 30 che ci riporta al monte pana e di conseguenza a Santa Cristina.
