Fortführung Trainingsauftakt 2010, Tour 2 Liebe Gemeinde, weiter geht es. Form befindet sich immer noch im Minusbereich. Bikelust aber groß. Start: Forum Ludwigsburg Nach Ludwigsburg - Oßweil, Stauschleuse Poppenweiler, kurzer "Aufstieg" nach Poppenweiler. Nächstes Ziel Affalterbach, Rauf auf den Lemberg, dann Sportplatz Affalterbach. Rein in den Wald, raus aus dem Wald (bei schönem Wetter, richtig, richtig gut), durch Neuhof durch, runter zum Bahnhof Kirchberg, Gleise überqueren mit Ziel Steinheim. Steinheimer Sportplatz zurück nach Ludwigsburg (nach Marbach und dann am Neckar entlang). Ludwigsburg Hohneck durchqueren und hoch nach Ludwigsburg Forum. II. Tour bei sehr starkem Wind (Sturmtief Xynthia) geschafft. Immer noch ein wenig anstrengend alles!

Continuation of pre-season training in 2010, Tour 2 Dear community, on it goes. Form is still in the minus range. But Bike Lust great. Start: Forum Ludwigsburg & nbsp; After Ludwigsburg - Oßweil, floodgate Poppenweiler, short & quot; Rise & quot; after Poppenweiler. Next destination Affalterbach, Rauf on the Lemberg, then sports field Affalterbach. Rein in the woods, out of the forest (weather, really, really good), by by Neuhof, down to the Bahnhof Kirchberg, cross railway lines with target Steinheim. Steinheimer sports field back to Ludwigsburg (according to Marbach am Neckar and then along). Ludwigsburg Hohneck cross and go up to Ludwigsburg Forum. II. Tour in strong winds (storm Xynthia) managed. Still a little exhausting everything!
