Von Rhade aus geht es in den Schermbecker Wald. Auf Waldwegen und schönen Trails führt die Tour weiter nach Dorsten zum alten Kalksandsteinwerk. Bei etwas Glück begegnend man Rehen oder gar Wildschweinen. Dort wird die B224 überquert und über den Waldfriedhof gelangt man an den Deutener Bach und den dazugehörigen schönen Trail. Von hier aus, die B58 gekreuzt, führt die Tour zum Canyon, dem alten Sand-Tageabau mit dem Trail an der Abbruchkante vorbei. Über das Deutener Moor gelangt man zurück zum Rhade Weg und die Tour endet wieder in Rhade.
