Itinerario ad anello intorno al monte Aiona molto bello zero asfalto.
Si parte dalla casemetta della guardia forestale o un pò più in su verso il passo dell'Incisa
si sale fino alla "segeria nel bosco" da dove si prende la strada discendente (sbarra) e la si segue fino alla località Re di Coppe (rifugetto in legno), al bivio si prosegue sempre dritti fino alla fine (piazzola), si prende un sentiero sulla sinistra che sempre in piano prosegue (attenzione ad un tratto molto pericoloso di sfasciume da attraversare con bici in spalla.
Ad un certo punto si incrocia il sentiero che sale all'Aiona, si segue in discesa per pochi metri e si riprende un sentiero che si mantiene in quota.
Quando ci si trova in una piazzola con una tettoia si segue la stradain discesa, al bivio dopo una capanna di legno prendere la strada a destra fino ad un rifugio del CAI (loc.Cappella delle Lame).
seguire la strada a sinistra (sbarra) e continuare fino al congiungimento con un'altra che bisogna seguire a sinistra; Al bivio prndere la strada in salita che ci porterà a Prato Mollo (ristoro).
Prendere la strada a sinistra (sbarra) poco prima del rifugio fino al PAsso della Spingarda; da qui si può sciegliere o seguire la strada fino a Re di Coppe e tornare indietro al Penna oppure seguireil sentiero a destra (sentiero naturalistico) comincia dopo un tratto in cui bisogna portare la bici in cima alla salita comincia il tratto più bello nel bosco che ci riporterà al passo dell'Incisa, e da quì in breve all'auto
