Bei dieser Tour handelt es sich um den Rundkurs der Rad Weltmeisterschaft 2007 in Stuttgart. Der Kurs muss dann von den Teilnehmern 19 mal absolviert werden. Start und Ziel ist vor dem Haupteingang des Messezentrum Killesberg. Ich habe die Runde einmal mit meinem Mountainbike mit Slicks abgefahren und benötigte dafür ca. 50min für die 19km. Die Strecke bietet sich als Feierabendrunde optimal an, da diese sich durch Wiederholungen immer um 19km und 278 Höhenmetern verlängert. Eine nette Nebenerscheinung: bei ca. 70% des Kurses befindet sich ein Radweg direkt neben der Strasse. Ich fuhr komplett auf der Strasse und empfand den Verkehr als nicht störend. Kleiner Nachteil: Man muss den Herdweg ca. 500m gegen die Fahrtrichtung ( Einbahnstrasse ) befahren.

This tour is the round trip of the Road World Championships 2007 in Stuttgart. The course must be completed by the participants 19 times. Start and finish is at the main entrance of the exhibition center Killesberg. I have the round once departed with my mountain bike with slick tires and needed for about 50min for the 19km. The route offers itself as Feierabendrunde optimal, since this is extended by repetitions always around 19km and 278 meters above sea level. A nice side effect: about 70% of the course there is a bike path next to the road. I went completely on the road and felt the traffic as not disturbing. Small drawback: You have to Herdweg 500m against the direction of travel (one way) ride.
