Partenza da MEANA di Susa, poco oltre il municipio , nel parcheggio sulla dx della strada.
Salita al Colle delle Finestre, poi taglio verso il colle della Vecchia e salita alla Ciantiplagna.
Leggero saliscendi verso il Gran Serin e nuovo saliscendi fino alla testa dell'Assietta e monumento.
Poi ritorno al gran Serin e discesa al Frais (molto divertente!)
Dal frais si rientra in discesa a Meana (con 10 tornanti su asfalto).

Departure from MEANA of Susa, just beyond the town hall, in the parking lot on the right of the road.
Road to Hill of Windows, then cut into the hill of the Old and climb to Ciantiplagna.
Light latch toward the Gran Serin and new ups and downs until the head dell'Assietta and monument.
Then return to the big Serin and descent to Frais (very funny!)
From frais you fall down in Meana (with 10 hairpin bends on asphalt.) < br>
Beautiful scenery.
