Los Geht es eigentlich in Wuppertal Vohwinkel, von dort aus fahren wir die Kaiserstrasse in Richtung Elberfeld entlang. WIr folgen der Hauptstraße bis wir Am WSV Staion ankommen, dort biegen wir rechts ab. Direkt hinter dem Stadion biegen wir rechts ab und fahren einen recht steilen Beg hinauf zur Samba Trasse. Dise führt uns am ende dort hin wo der Gps Track auch beginnt. An den 3 Holzscheiten auf der Sambatrasse fahren wir rechts und an halten uns danach links um tiefer nach Burgholz zu rollen. Nach ein paar metern kommt auch schon der erste "Trail". Im Anschluss geht unter der L74 hindurch und auf der Anderen seite wieder hinauf. Nach ca einem Kilometer Asphalt geht es links ins Gelände, die Einfahrt ist ein wenig versteckt, aber mit ein bissle "Augen auf, sollte es zu finden sein. Danach folgen wi dem S-Weg (Rund um Solingen) Nun geht es immer wieder auf und ab bis wir nach einer Steilen Bergaufpassage einen weiteren Trail vorfinden, der allerdings am Ende für alle Nicht-Profi´s ein schiebe/Tragestück enthält. Weiter am Cafe Hubraum entlang und nach der Brücke wieder links in den Wald abgebogen folgen wir weiter dem S-Weg bis wir wieder auf die Hauptstrasse treffen. Dieser folgen wir ca 80 meter um danch links im Wald zu verschwinden. (sehr steil bergauf). Wenn auch dieses Geschafft ist, erscheint nach ein paar metern Asphalt eine Brücke über die Eisenbahn, wir biegen vorher ab und halten uns an den Gleisen bis wir unter der Müngstener Brücke landen. Auch gier folgen wir wieder dem rund um Solingen Weg der weiterhin mit einem eingekreisten S gekennzeichnet ist. Nach ein paar schönen bergauf und bergab Passagen, hauptsächlich Schotter, geht es nach einer rechtskurve hinaus aufs freie Feld. Nach 200 metern biegen wir links ab und nehmen die Linke der beiden Möglichkeiten um im Gebüsch zu verschwinden und fahren einen weiteren Trail hinab der am ende in Asphalt mündet. Wir fahren links und folgen der Straße bis zur ersten möglichkeit rechts abzubiegen, dort folgen wir wieder dem S-Weg und es sind ein paar technisch schwierige Rampen zu meistern bevor wir die Wupper kreuzen und auf der andren Seite nach links abbiegen. Dirket hinter der Schrake fahren wir wieder rechts , es folgen ein längerer Anstieg. Wenn wir diesen gemeistert haben folgen wir dem Schotter/waldweg, bis zur "Kleinen Aussichtsplattform" über der Wupper, von wo man einen herlichen Ausblick auf die Müngstener Brücke und den darunter liegenden Brückenpark hat. Ab dort wenden wir uns dem Rund um Wuppertal weg zu und fahren einen kleinen Trail hinab zur L74. Diese überqueren wir nun und biegen rechts in die Morsbachtalstraße ab um nach 80 metern links auf den Shotterweg abzubiegen. Diesem folgen wir bis wir die erste möglichkeit haben rchts abzubiegen (ca 200 meter nach beginn) und folgen dann weiter dem W-Weg bergauf. Nach ca 350 metern bergauf kommt auf der rechten seite eine Parkbank, hier biegen wir rechts ab. Nun wird es technisch etwas anspruchsvoller und der Weg wird zu einem schmalen Pfad mit vielen Wurzeln und Bäumen. Bitte der W-Beschilderung folgen bis wir nach ein paar kleinen Rampen paralel zu einem kleinen Bach rollen. Dieser wird an einer nicht so steilen Stelle überquert und wir fahren danach in entgegegesetzter Richtung weiter bergauf. Auch diese Stelle ist technisch eher anspruchsvoll, eventuell sollte geschoben werden. Wenn wir dieses Gemeistert haben sind wir auch schon in Sudberg. Nun folgen wir der Straße bis zum Restaurant "Haus Schnee" dort biegen wir rechts ab und folgen der Vorfahrtsstraße bis wir an eine Aral Tankstelle kommen, dort biegen wir rechts ab und an der 2 möglichkeit wieder rechts.Nach 200 metern fahren wir wieder auf die Samba Trasse und auf Ihr richtung Vohwinkel.

From there we turn to the Around Wuppertal away and go to a small trail down to L74. This we cross now and turn right into Morsbachtalstraße from order to turn left onto Shotterweg after 80 meters. Also this place is technically more demanding, perhaps it should be pushed. If we have Mastered this, we are already in Sudberg. Now we follow the road to the restaurant & quot; house snow & quot; where we turn right and follow the main road until we come to an Aral gas station, where we turn right and at the 2 option again rechts.Nach 200 meters we go back to the Samba route and at your direction Vohwinkel.
