Die Tour startet am Ortsrand von Fraulautern Richtung Lachwald, führt am Monte Schlacko ostwärts vorbei, durch den Ensdorfer Wald nach Griesborn (Ortsdurchfahrt) . Weiter am Kasberg vorbei, runter über den Bommersbach, dann das "Breitborner Floß"-Tal hoch zum Mathildenschacht. Weiter am Püttlinger Sportplatz vorbei zum Wald zwischen Püttlingen und Sprengen, über die A8 Richtung Schwarzenholz. Nach der Ortsdurchquerung kann man am Waldrand eine Pause machen. Weiter über mehrer SingleTrails am Labacher Hof vorbei und zwischen mittlerem und hinteren Weierkopf hindurch. Anstieg Richtung Hoxberg bis auf 300m, dann muß für ca. 900m auf asphaltierter Landstrasse gefahren werden dann Abfahrt in den Saarwellinger Wald. Am Waldfriedhof vorbei, zwischen Ortsrand Saarwellingen und Dynamitfabrik Richtung Fordwerke. Unter der A8 durch ins Ellbachtaltal. Nordöstlich am Steinrausch vorbei zum Startpunkt am Lachwald. Wo immer möglich und sinnvoll werden "Single-Trails" statt befestigter Wege oder gar Asphalt gefahren.
