Da Buisson in Valtournenche con modica spesa e molta vergogna saliamo in funivia a Chamois a 1800m.
Subito sterrato e subito ripido fino al lago di Lod poi Grande Balconata del Cervino in saliscendi pedalabile fino a Cheneil (2100m): qui c'è poco da scegliere e spingiamo per sentieracci e prati e pietraie fino al Santuario di Clavalitè al colle tra la punta Falinere e la fontana Fredda dove i turisti pigri arrivano in funivia e i crosscountristi con le loro leggerissime bici in carbonio giungono da Chamois per strade sterrate.
La nostra ambizione sarebbe scendere in Val D' Ayas per il Col de Nana ma ha fatto freddo e maltempo e il colle è abbondantemente innevato: lasciamo perdere.. pazienza..
Ci spingiamo, comunque, fin sotto il colle per sentiero a 2650m e sempre per sentiero, tutto in sella, scendiamo al lago di Cleyva Bella e all' incrocio di strade di Foresus; da qui per strada spettacolare risaliamo fino ai laghi di Champlong, ricalziamo le protazioni e ci buttiamo a valle.
Prima strade rotte poi sentieri e piste bovine ci riportano a vedere Chamois ma giriamo verso sud in direzione La Magdeleine.
Prima di vedere case troviamo il sentiero 107 che aggira il paese con un singletrack meraviglioso e poi si butta a capofitto in direzione fondovalle-Antey St Andrè.
Raggiunta la frazione Herin prendiamo il sentiero 105 che ci consente di spassarcela sul ripido fino al sottostante cimitero.
Da qui parte il tracciato di sci di fondo che in saliscendi godurioso e facile ci consente, senza asfalto, di raggiungere l' auto a Buisson.
Report: 36km in 8 ore, 2250m in salita, 3000m in discesa DIVERTENTISSIMA e mai pericolosa.
