Start in Gemund aan de Haselnussweg op de Salzberg. Vanaf daar eerst een rondje richting Herhahn. Daarna vanaf Salzberg afdalen tot in Gemund en dan richting Vogelensang. Na Vogelensang een pittige klim naar Wollseifen. Dan volgt een relatief vlak gedeelte over de hoogvlakte richting Bronsfeld om te eindigen aan het Oleftalstuwmeer. Na een koffiestop in Hellenthal volgt dan een lange klim naar Buschern. Door afwisselend weiland en bos naar de burcht in Reifferscheid. Dan volgen een paar km over asfalt via L203 en B258. Door het bos en weiland richting Frohnrath en Golbach. Daar opnieuw het bos en de Eifelsteig volgend tot in Gemund. Daar volgt dan nog een laatste klim over asfalt naar Salzberg.

Start in Gemund to Haselnussweg the Salzberg. From there first round towards Herhahn. Then from Salzberg descend into Gemund and then towards Vogelensang. After Vogelensang a steep climb to Wollseifen. Then follows a relatively flat section across the plateau towards Bronsfeld to end the Oleftalstuwmeer. After a coffee stop in Hellenthal then follows a long climb to Buschern. By alternating meadow and forest to the castle in Reifferscheid. Then a few km on tarmac via L203 and B258. Through the forest and meadow & nbsp; direction Frohnrath and Golbach. Here again the forest and next to Eifelsteig in Gemund. There then follows a final climb over asphalt to Salzberg.
