Gestartet wurde die Tour in Remscheid Lennep in der Altstadt am Bismarckplatz. Es geht kurz in Richtung Lüttringhausen und dann rechts durch die Albert-Schmidt- Allee, vorbei an feudalen Neubauten. Es geht noch ein kleines Stück über eine stärker befahrene Straße und biegt dann links auf den Röntgenweg. Hier ist die einzige etwas schwierigerere kurze Abfahrt "für die Nicht MTB-ler" zu bewältigen. Sonst ist die Tour auch mit dem Trekkingrad gut zu befahren. Es geht über Waldwege und asphaltierte Nebenstraßen auch mal ein Stück Radweg an einer Bundesstraße und leider bei Dahlerau auch mal über die Straße. Die Tour ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Es bietet Wald und Hügel und auch Wasser. Wupper, Beyenburger Stausee, Wuppertalsperre Panzertalsperre etc... In Dahlerau könnte man auch das Wülfingmuseum besichtigen, wenn man die Zeit und Lust für Besichtigungen hat, auch der alte Ortskern Beyenburg ist sehenswert und die Lenneper Altstadt lädt auch zum Durchschlendern oder Kaffee und Kuchen im empfehlenswerten Rotationscafe. Die Tour wurde von uns im Uhrzeigersinn gefahren, was auch empfehlenswert ist.
