freeride runde in lenzerheide start parkplatz rothornbahn dann mit dem lift auf knapp 2900meter hoch von da runtern nach churwalden um von da wieder mit dem lift hoch auf die alp spätz auf 200om von da etwas auf und ab zum teil mit schieben und dann wieder runter zu heidsee/startpunkt das bike sollte schon ein enduro aufwärts sein 18cm fahrwerk und gute bremsen sollten schon sein wahnsinns bergpanaroma
